Momentum

A company that has its entire organization working toward the same vision and goals, and communicating needs and changes effectively, is ready for the third phase of the ACM work—Momentum. In this phase, ACM Coaching & Consulting team members help individuals within an organization track the ongoing success of the previous two phases. Basically, the Momentum phase is about ensuring lasting growth through constant assessment of both Alignment and Communication and making changes, when necessary, to keep the organization at its most efficient level. This phase takes at least 1-3 months to implement and can include ongoing work as needed by the individual or company.
