Once a company’s executive team has identified the company’s real core values and aligned has the executive team members, managers, and employees in positions of highest competency, they are ready to work on communication. this phase, the ACM Coaching & Consulting team works to identify, analyze, and enhance communication methods throughout an organization. This may include developing or strengthening a marketing and sales strategy, looking at PR work, interviewing both management and "front-line" workers, etc., to ensure all company employees are on the “same page” and that important changes are "operationalized" throughout the organization very quickly.
